These containers are perfect for meal prep. We portion and freeze meals in these. Since there are so many and they don't take up a lot of space, we can store so many meals in our chest freezer. Even if all our lunches and dinners are meal prepped in these containers, the monthly cost is the same as going out for one meal a month, so we're definitely saving money and eating healthier! Great quality, highly recommend.
