Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy

At KIS Paper, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our Canadian customers. All orders are shipped using UPS Standard to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping Method and Costs:
We use UPS Standard for all domestic shipments within Canada. Delivery is typically within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. The shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order value.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to all provinces within Canada except for Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that UPS cannot service.

Delivery Timeframes:
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote location challenges.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.

Your official receipt should be included in your package from the us. If you don’t find a receipt in your package when it arrives, you can contact us at cs@kispaper.com directly to request a receipt for your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (cs@kispaper.com) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy:
We’re sorry something didn’t go right!  Please contact us if you want to return the goods.

You will receive an email confirming that your message has been sent to us. Within 48 hours, you should receive a response from us. You can respond directly to us from your email.

In-store returns eligibility:

Please note, our items returned to us must include all original packaging and materials as well as the order number.

Return window:
We have a minimum return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.

Currency Converter Privacy Policy:
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
