Canada Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, it will take 2 business days to prepare the orders and arrange the shipments, otherwise it will be 1 business day.
We are not able to ship the orders on weekends / holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping fee will be charged by the Flat Rate base on the total Purchasing Amount and the Location.
We use Purolator Ground/UPS Express as our shipping method. It takes 3-5 business days to reach you.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Before receiving your package, you’ll receive email communications from us about the status of your order. Your official receipt should be included in your package from the us. If you don’t find a receipt in your package when it arrives, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org directly to request a receipt for your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (email@example.com) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We’re sorry something didn’t go right! Please contact us if you want to return the goods.
You will receive an email confirming that your message has been sent to us. Within 48 hours, you should receive a response from us. You can respond directly to us from your email.
In-store returns eligibility
Items sold by us can be returned to us directly. Our store address is:

Please note, our items returned to us must include all original packaging and materials as well as the order number.
We have a minimum return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.
General return eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can return items to us free. Please contact us directly for return instructions or by returning eligible items to our store (address as above.)
If you want to return to us directly, we will email you a return waybill and you can drop it to the courier locations near you.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
